We have invested in our online ABS system that allows you to track all orders and recordings placed with ATA. You save money by not wasting time retyping what we have already entered into out title reports. Either import our data directly into your system, or copy and paste the text and we will have saved you greatly.

TSS: Title Express users may use these additional files to import our data into their system to eliminate typing.

How do I copy and paste legal descriptions?

Use the selection tool in Adobe Acrobat Reader to highlight the legal description. Right click on the highlighted text and select ‘COPY’ from the menu. Move your mouse cursor to where you would like the text, and right click your mouse and select ‘PASTE’ from the menu. Your legal description should now also be in your new location.

Which counties require a cover sheet?

Currently our focus on providing the best quality residential work. We may accept commercial work on a case by case basis.
